Ensuring a perfect fit

At our store, we offer a wide selection of bottles and jars, accompanied by an assortment of compatible tops.  It is imperative to ensure a proper fit between our containers and lids to prevent potential leakage or ill-fitting closures.  Each lid is specifically designed to match our bottles and jars, ensuring a secure seal and optimal functionality.  To guarantee a seamless experience, we highly recommend only using lids purchased from us to accompany your chosen container, ensuring compatibility and avoiding any issues with threading discrepancies.

Please be advised that we cannot accept liability for any issues arising from the use of non-compatible jars/bottles and lids/fittings.

Currency and Tax

All amounts stated on the website are in New Zealand dollars and exclude GST. All credit card payments are processed securely in New Zealand dollars by our partner, Stripe.  We do not store any credit card information on this website.

Delivery

We normally ship orders by courier on the next business day after your order is received. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Please note that we only ship to addresses in New Zealand.

Refund and Return Policy

We do not provide a refund if you have changed your mind about a particular purchase so we ask that you choose carefully.  However if the goods you receive are not suitable for the use you intended them for, you can return them to us within 30 days, as long as they have not been used; and we will provide a refund for the product cost excluding all shipping costs.  Please note all parts must be returned in order for a refund to be considered.

If goods are proven faulty, we will provide a replacement free of charge under the Consumer Guarantees Act.  If good are damaged in transit, please ensure you contact us immediately and send photographs of the damaged box and products.

How we keep your payment information secure

We use Stripe to process all credit card transactions relating to bookings and purchases made through this website. We neither store nor collect credit card information directly on this website. In the event that you purchase a recurring subscription, such as a monthly or annual membership, your credit card details will be stored securely by Stripe for processing on the agreed intervals. You will receive an email confirming each payment when it occurs.
