How quickly will my order be dispatched?

Orders are dispatched every day. All orders of which payment has been received before midday will be dispatched that day, any orders after Midday – the following working day. 

Are orders shipped from NZ or from overseas?

We are a local New Zealand business and orders are dispatched from our Tauranga warehouse. 

What does it mean by ‘Half Tray”?

Some clients do not need the quantity of a full tray so we manually split the tray into two and re-package as 2 individual trays. 

Do all bottles come with the lids or do we need to buy them separately?

Our website prices include the lids. All products on the warehouse are as the photograph. Whatever lid is on the bottle is the one you get with your order. 

Do you sell tops or bottles separately?

Yes we can do this – please email or call the office wth your requirement and we can manually process the items you require

I want to buy in Bulk – how do I do this? And do I get a discount?

We offer Bulk pricing for all orders of 1000 bottles or more in the Euro Bottle and Boston Bottle Range. Talk to us about any other products you require Bulk pricing.
